Agreement
These terms govern your use of SVG Line Tracer and related Haywire Software services. By installing or using the product, you agree to these terms.
License
Haywire grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SVG Line Tracer for lawful personal or commercial work. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer for circumvention, or use the software to violate another party's rights.
Authorized content and intellectual property
You keep any rights you already hold in images and SVGs you process. You represent and warrant that you own the source material or have all permissions, licenses, consents, or other legal authority needed to trace it and to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, or otherwise exploit the resulting files. SVG Line Tracer is designed for your own artwork and other material you are legally entitled to use. The software does not grant you any rights in third-party content.
Prohibited use
You may not use SVG Line Tracer to infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other right of any person or organization. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether your source material and intended use are lawful. Haywire Software does not review source images, clear rights, provide licenses, or determine whether a particular use qualifies for an exception such as fair use.
Free and Pro service
The Free plan includes the capabilities and limits described in the product. Pro subscriptions unlock additional capabilities while the subscription is active. Haywire Software, not Google, is the seller. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed interval until canceled. You can cancel through the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the current paid period unless otherwise required by law.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, or discontinue features. We will not intentionally remove paid access without providing a reasonable remedy. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haywire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Haywire's aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for SVG Line Tracer during the preceding twelve months.
Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Haywire Software and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, demands, proceedings, damages, judgments, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or related to the content you process, your use or distribution of exported files, your infringement or misappropriation of another party's rights, or your violation of these terms or applicable law. Haywire may control the defense of a covered claim, and you may not settle a claim in a way that imposes an obligation or admission on Haywire without Haywire's written consent.
